Omega North comprises 80 acres of net developable land to be set in a landscaped environment of the highest quality. The site has a 1 mile frontage to the M62, with direct access to the motorway at Junction 8. Omega North has outline planning permission for 1,598,454 sq ft B1c, B2 and B8 space and can accommodate a single building of up to 530,000 sq ft.

Development of the site will encompass three main sub phases. The first phase can accommodate up to 450,000 sq ft as a single building or a multi-unit layout in buildings from 57,000 sq ft, up to a total of 479,000 sq ft. Fast track requirements can be delivered within 13 months.

Omega North will be developed over the next 5 years. It will provide a world-class 24/7 manufacturing and logistics environment at the heart of the North West’s motorway network.
